I was in your shoes before. As an engineer, I knew how to think analytically and systematically to solve complex problems and use my technical knowledge to design and innovate new products/services.
But I had difficulties communicating effectively with my teams and mobilizing stakeholders for a large-scale transformation. I made some personal changes, specifically on my leadership skill set. This change helped me connect and bond with others more in-depth, collaborate more effectively, solve problems innovatively, make lasting change, and deliver winning results.
I teach what I experienced and learned about change and transformation. I share the same principles that helped me lead effectively to business executives, managers, and graduate students at Swiss Higher Education Institutes and here (online).
